Meet our new researchers.

Yadira Rodríguez joined the gas treatment and microalgae research group as PhD student. Her research focuses on exploring new strategies for the production of polyhydroxyalkanoates through biogas valorisation.

Victor Pérez joined the gas treatment and microalgae research group as PhD student. His research focuses on the scaling-up of microalgae technologies for the conversion of municipal solid waste into new bio-based products within the URBIOFIN project.

Meet our new researcher.

Emmanuel Kweinor joined the gas treatment and microalgae research group as an erasmus master student from the Durban University of Technology (South Africa). His research focuses on odour prevention in wastewater treatment plants by applying nitrate recycling from digestate oxidation.
